WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

We offer a 14 day money back guarantee. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, simply contact us within 14 days of delivery of your item and we will be happy to assist you in returning your order for a refund.

THERE IS A PROBLEM WITH MY ORDER. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

Please contact us and we will try to solve the problem as soon as possible.

PLEASE NOTE: RETURNS WITHOUT A RETURN FORM WILL BE REFUSED. Please ensure you obtain your return form by contacting our Support Team.

WHAT SHOULD YOU DO?

  1. Please contact support to get the return form.
  2. Please send your product (unopened and in original condition) to the address you received from our customer service by email, including track & trace.
  3. Please send to our customer service the tracking number when you get it. Please note: the return tracking number must be sent to us within 4 days after we send you the return address, otherwise we can't process your return.
  4. Track your order until it is delivered to us.
  5. Please email us with the tracking number as proof that we have received your package.
  6. Once we receive your email and package, your return will be processed.

Please note that your return must meet the following requirements:

  • In original condition
  • Unopened
  • With original, undamaged packaging
  • Including return form with order number
  • Provided with tracking code
  • We have the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above requirements.
