WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
We offer a 14 day money back guarantee. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, simply contact us within 14 days of delivery of your item and we will be happy to assist you in returning your order for a refund.
THERE IS A PROBLEM WITH MY ORDER. WHAT SHOULD I DO?
Please contact us and we will try to solve the problem as soon as possible.
PLEASE NOTE: RETURNS WITHOUT A RETURN FORM WILL BE REFUSED. Please ensure you obtain your return form by contacting our Support Team.
WHAT SHOULD YOU DO?
- Please contact support to get the return form.
- Please send your product (unopened and in original condition) to the address you received from our customer service by email, including track & trace.
- Please send to our customer service the tracking number when you get it. Please note: the return tracking number must be sent to us within 4 days after we send you the return address, otherwise we can't process your return.
- Track your order until it is delivered to us.
- Please email us with the tracking number as proof that we have received your package.
- Once we receive your email and package, your return will be processed.
Please note that your return must meet the following requirements:
- In original condition
- Unopened
- With original, undamaged packaging
- Including return form with order number
- Provided with tracking code
- We have the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above requirements.
