The spacious bamboo basket Batavia fulfills two purposes. On the one hand, you can store all kinds of things in it, on the other hand, it serves as a small stylish side table in two different sizes and is particularly effective in a set. The bamboo used is relatively thickly cut and therefore extremely stable.
With its clear, minimalist design and natural colour tone, it fits particularly well in homes with a modern, Scandinavian-inspired interior style.

Bamboo is an extremely rapidly renewable resource that can be used for a variety of purposes. The bamboo for our baskets is harvested in the immediate vicinity of the processing plant, which avoids unnecessarily long transport routes.

When selecting our local producers, we attach importance to fair wages and good working conditions. In the factories where we buy our goods, we only work with adult and experienced craftsmen. No harmful chemicals are used in the production process. Since all work steps are carried out by hand, the production process generates hardly any greenhouse gas emissions. We ensure all this through regular on-site visits and permanent personal contact with the companies.
